Kim is a co-founder, owner, and principal. In her 23 years crafting sustainable & attainable housing solutions, Kim has structured over 150 successful tax credit transactions, including over $1.1 Billion in low-income housing tax credit equity. 

Paul is a co-founder and principal specializing in community development, community planning, and strategizing entitlement policies.  Paul has expertise in crafting entitlement policies for housing, developing public-private partnerships, and entitlement housing in rural communities.  

Sam is IndiBuild's housing authority and development specialist. Sam served as the  Executive Director of the Loveland Housing Authority, directing development and managing assets from 1976 until 2018.
